Hoseasons have been getting closer to the broads by working directly with The Broads Authority. Brand Manager Katie Lawrence along with Boating Account Executives Ryan Sadler and Victoria Schofield, spent last week on the Wroxham patrol with Broads Authority Ranger Andy Elison.
This cooperation was designed to offer the Hoseasons team an insight into The Broads Authority’s work, and the knowledge that is gained will be passed onto the holiday company’s customers before arriving for their holiday. This, we are sure, will go some way to helping Hoseasons offer a better and more enjoyable experience for their customers.
“The trip was brilliant,” said Katie Lawrence. “Andy was extremely informative and it was great to get an understanding of some of the challenges the rangers face and see boating holidays from a different angle.
“We asked Andy the sort of questions visitors ask, such as where the nearest pubs were and the best places to visit—little things which we can communicate to our customers before they arrive on holiday. We wanted to ensure all the latest information is included in our 2014 brochure which we are currently preparing.
“We are very much aware there is a lot more we can do to help our customers and this is something we are keen to improve. Next spring, for example, we will be heading out on Breydon Water.”
Hoseasons is one The Broads biggest holiday providers and work closely with many of the Norfolk Broads boat yards.
